Nestled in on the third floor, The Nest is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa located at The Spa on Port Royal Sound. This attractive unit is sophisticated, inviting, and comfortable. Every detail has been thought with you in mind and will quickly become a favorite destination while vacationing on Hilton Head Island!

The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops and has everything needed for preparing meals while on vacation. The open concept living space allows for everyone to be together while cooking, dining together or relaxing while watching a favorite movie. The screened-in balcony offers a delightful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktail or just a daydream in the trees.

The master bedroom is spa-like with a luxurious king bed and an updated en suite bath.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds perfect when traveling with adults and/or children. The updated guest bath is conveniently located offering a sense of privacy for all.

We had a great weekend stay here with our 2 kids! The place was perfect for us to get to the beach and restaurants in Hilton head. I really appreciated the blackout curtains throughout which was very helpful for our kids

We booked this for our stay for a family reunion. Our family luckily were just a few doors down. The room was very clean with simple, comfortable decor just right for our family. Additionally, there were games and books, ample kitchen supplies for cooking, and beach gear. This was our first time on this part of the island, and we found it amazing. The beach scenery seemed to change continuously. We had a wonderful time exploring the huge variety of ocean life, especially at low tide. Great local restaurants and sightseeing were nearby. We had one small issue during our stay, and then owners responded very quickly to get it resolved. We highly recommend this room and location.

Love this place

This was our 2nd time staying here and we just love this little place. Perfect size for our family, organized and clean. Enjoyed the pools snd short walk to the beach!

Pros: __-the condo had dish ware, cookware, and utensils __- two bathrooms and two bedrooms __- had a selection of books__- had board games for that rainy day__- washer and dryer ____Cons: __- when we first arrived the condo was hot, humid, and musky/mold smelling. Come to find out the air conditioner unit was set up on fan only. The condo was miserable feeling it was nearly 80 degrees.__- the furniture was damp feeling__- no tv in the room our son was staying in__- spectrum controller did not work in the living room__- bathrooms need a handy man to tweak a few things__- the bedroom door to the room our son was staying in the door would not close all the way unless it would get stuck.__- had to pay for parking even though it was supposed to be already paid for. The guard said that no one had a parking pass ready for us. When I reached out about this I was told that someone would bring we a check, but never did. __- the bed in the master bedroom was to high up and to wide for the room. I ended up busting shins and knees on it, in the middle of the night

We encourage all guests to read the listing in its entirety before booking, as it clearly outlines the home's amenities, including that the bedroom your son used does not have a TV. It is unfortunate the A/C had inadvertently been left on the "fan" setting, but once corrected, it cooled the condo as intended. The parking pass was available at the gatehouse but a gatehouse guard error resulted in you being charged. We refunded that fee to your credit card upon checkout-July 17th-so we're surprised to read you weren't refunded. We'd be happy to help you locate the transaction, if needed. We wish you had contacted us during your stay regarding the maintenance items, as we would have been happy to address them promptly. We wish you the best in your future travels. Great peaceful location

Quiet location and peaceful surroundings. A couple of things did not work (light in second bedroom, lights on back porch) but overall it was a very clean, well appointed location with many amenities.

Wonderful place

Owners were super responsive and the condo very much fit our needs. We love the “quieter” side of HHI. Only a short walk to the winery too! Saw the bald eagle within minutes of arriving.

The Spa is amazing

From the time I arrived to when I left, this property was securely monitored, well landscaped, and very welcoming. The condo was immaculate, well stocked kitchenware, and plenty of linens. Pictures were absolutely accurate. Very spacious. Great place to stay.

Great location for a family vacation! Also, right down the street from airport. Beautiful beach for sunbathing, exploring, or fishing!! Safe and quiet. Clean, and fully equipped for meals at home if you choose. We had a slight issue with the sink drain. However, they sent maintenance as quickly as possible to resolve the problem. We only wish it was on the first floor instead of the third.

Great location for RBC parking

My husband and I stayed here during the RBC Heritage tournament and the location was very convenient. The property was older but the unit was updated and well maintained. Easy check-in & check-out. Walking down to the sound in the evenings was very peaceful.

Close to the beach,

Hilton Head Getaway

This 2-bedroom condo was very cozy and clean. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. The kettle corn was a nice touch and very delicious. I enjoyed walking to the beach every day and visiting will all the cats on the property.

Lovely condo

Updated and nicely furnished condo. The king sized bed is very comfortable. The coffee maker has a mesh filter so there is no need for paper filters. Beach items are in the closet of the spare bedroom.

Internet Accurate

I was so happy to walk-in and the place is exactly as advertised and clean and very comfortable! The condo is very well stocked and has a notebook with directions and recommendations. I highly recommend staying here for rest and relaxation.

Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful condo on the sound! We love all the wildlife on this side of the island and come here often with the kids! This is one of our favorite places we’ve stayed at in this condominium. They have a well stocked kitchen, sweetest screened-in porch and the perfect quiet location overlooking the fish pond. Minutes to the pools!
