In the heart of West Hollywood, this furnished one-bedroom apartment is nestled in a green oasis, behind a security gate. From its second-floor perch (atop the garage) its windows look out on a garden, framed by the branches of two ancient Chinese elms. (Previous tenants have nick-named the apartment “The Tree House.”) It’s the perfect place for someone who’s coming to LA for an extended assignment and wants to feel at home. The living room has a comfy couch, reading chair, and smart TV with Roku programming. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the bathroom has a full-size tub fed by an on-demand water heater. In the bedroom, there’s a queen size bed (all linens provided) and a small working area with desk and chair. Other amenities include basic WiFi, central AC and heating. An enclosed private garage is available. All tenants are welcome to use of the patio and garden areas. (There are 4 other tenants on the property.)
