Note: The 3rd bedroom is a flex room which has an oversized L-shaped couch (see pics and description). When needed, it's used as sleeping arrangements as 1 or 2 single beds (the 4th and 5th sleeping areas of the home). Just lift up and push back on the seat backs to expand.
We went this route so our guest(s) could use this flex room as they wish: either as a bedroom or a spot to hang out, watch / stream TV or video, chat, or simply do all the good things you do when you're just relaxing on your getaway.
