BOAT DOCK
•This is a no-wake zone, and boats and vessels are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you plan to bring your boat, jet skis, etc., kindly contact us ahead of booking with the specifics about your vessel, as rental fees and restrictions do apply.

• We assume no liability for any vessel docked at the home, and a waiver must be signed acknowledging this before arrival if dock use is agreed upon.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
• Home sleeps 10 in beds
• Maximum occupancy restrictions do not include up to 4 children under the age of 12 years old.
PETS
• Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis, must be approved in writing on the booking platform
• $150 pet fee per animal, per stay.
SERVICE ANIMALS: The only animals that are exempt are service animals, and guests must disclose them prior to arrival.

DATE ALTERATION REQUESTS
• Requests to change booking dates that would result in a shorter stay once the cancellation policy has gone into effect will not be approved.
