This place is an economical home run with an excellent and responsive host. The price for this unit was way better than we saw for other units in the Columbia area. I visited here to help one adult son move to Columbia and we stayed here along with my wife, another adult son and our dog. The unit is clean and has all you need including good appliances and all the pots/ pans, dishes, silverware etc. you will need. The internet and desk are good too as I worked from here several days. And, there is room in the area to walk our dog (there was a field right in the area). Jenny as the host is great - nice little touches in the unit like cleaning products being available (dish soap and laundry detergent), coffee pods, sugars, salt and pepper, a charger with multiple hook ups for both iPhone and Android phones, microwave popcorn packets, etc. She was also great with communications including recommendations for eating including a recommendation for a great meal at the Blue Marlin in Columbia. My car also had some trouble, and she was able to also recommend a local mechanic who was honest and fixed my issue very quickly. The place is close to Columbia - maybe 15 mins depending on what part you are going to so that was very helpful as we had to go back and forth to my son's new place a number of times. We will be back when we visit the area.
