Ensuring a peaceful and secure environment, surrounded by friendly older residents. This property features a tiny house vibe with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. The open floor plan creates a large main room and kitchen combination that feels much larger than is expected in such as cozy space. Parking is directly in front of the unit, only a few steps from the entry door. A Keyless entry ensures only you will have access to the property during your reservation. We live nearby if any needs arise. The small mobile home community in which this property is located is populated by retired and semi-retired long-term residents who are constantly on the lookout for any unusual activities that may be suspicious. Which makes for a quiet and safe neighborhood everyone can enjoy. Walkable neighborhood with parking directly in front of the unit. The Haven has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. It can comfortably sleep up to four guests.

We’ve gradually added to the surrounding land from family members, building a peaceful and safe community. Many of our long-term residents are retired, which contributes to the tranquility of our neighborhood.

This location is conveniently located close to most everything. All three major Interstate Highways, I-20, I-26 & I-77, are within minutes. Lexington Medical Center is three blocks away. Dozens of restaurants are within a mile and most deliver.
