BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed, ensuite bathroom, dedicated desk/workspace, Smart TV, blackout shades, closet with hangers and luggage rack.

BEDROOM 2: 1 King bed, Smart TV, blackout shades, large closet with hangers and luggage rack. Bathroom located just outside the room.

BEDROOM 3: 1 King bed, Smart TV, blackout shades, large closet with hangers and luggage rack. Bathroom located just outside the room.

ADU (Pool House Suite): Pull-out Queen sofa bed, full kitchen, private bathroom, and direct access to the backyard and pool.

LIVING ROOM: Open-concept design with Smart TV, stylish décor, and a sofa that pulls out into a Queen bed. Bright and inviting, perfect for group gatherings or movie nights.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with high-end appliances, coffee machine (coffee included) modern finishes, and bar seating. Designed for cooking together or enjoying a chef-prepared meal at home.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Backyard oasis with swimming pool, hot tub, barrel sauna, fire pit, open-air gym, outdoor shower, multiple lounge areas, and an expandable dining table that seats up to 10 guests.

-Pool Heating Fee-
Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Pool heating fee is $100/day.


-Dogs-
We welcome your dogs! There is a $115 per dog per stay fee, limit of 1 dog maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing a dog and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
