Located in the historic Butler-Tarkington neighborhood, this home was built in 2003 the newly remodeled apartment with updated furniture it is 720 sq. foot. It boosts vaulted ceilings and lots of windows located within a half block of prestigious Butler University. This lavish apartment is part of a private custom home that was built in 2003. The property has its own private entrance, private full- bath, mini- fridge, microwave and separate heating and air conditioning unit controlled only by you. Sleeps two comfortably in a queen-bed with plenty of dresser and full closet space for longer stays. Located in a prime location (10 min) between beautiful downtown Indianapolis, Mass Ave, and Broadripple. Plenty of free street parking in front of the home for added security and Butler Policy Department is located on same block. Great for parents of Butler students, weekend getaways from the kids or weekday business travelers that would like to stay in a homey atmosphere instead of a hotel. Walking distance to Historic Hinkle Field House, Clowes Hall and Indianapolis Museum of Art (IMA).
