We value your privacy through self check-in/out but are available to meet at the property if needed. An extensive Welcome Packet and Neighborhood Guide will be delivered electronically, and a hard copy can be found in each unit. Need something? The expansive living and dining area forms a seamless, airy gathering space, featuring a large sofa, two plush armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a decorative fireplace that anchors the room with South End character. Adjacent, a dining table for five makes shared meals feel effortless. A wide pass-through opens into the bright, all-white kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and a clean, modern layout ideal for everyday cooking.

The primary bedroom serves as a peaceful sanctuary with a queen bed, dedicated workstation, generous closet space, in-unit laundry, and direct access to a private rear deck. Outside, a cushioned outdoor sofa and bistro table for two create a rare, cozy corner for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. The second bedroom offers flexible use with its own decorative fireplace and a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen bed, perfect for guests or mixed live/work setups. A modern, marble-accented bathroom with a shower/tub combo completes the home.

You are just a seven-minute walk from the Orange Line at the Massachusetts Avenue stop.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

We’re unable to accommodate cats, but dogs are welcome on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
