Beautiful house in a location close to the beach. Assigned parking spots is very nice as well. Small green space with a dog cleanup station was also very handy. Would definitely stay here again if we are back at Hilton Head Island.

Wonderful rental! Perfect for our family of 6. Love having two den areas and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice large kitchen and enjoyed having outside grill and patio area. Perfect location for pool. We walked right out back door and pool across street. Easy quick walk to beach. Made it very convenient since we had a baby with us. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend.

The inside was very nice and spacious. Beachwalk needs to do some repairs to the outside buildings and community areas. Lots of mold, fungus and rotting wood. We go every year and will continue to. Kust some upkeep needed. Very close to the beach! The pool is very nice.

Great Place For The Family!

This condo was perfect for the whole family to stay. It's close to the beach and the pool for however you choose to spend your day. The rooms are a nice size and we fit everyone comfortably (We had 7 adults and 1 baby).

Very Close to Beach

Great property, very close to the beach! Everything was clean, very comfy and the process to access was smooth. Only thing I would point out is that the front door doesn't lock from the inside, this is really only a concern if you have a toddler looking to escape! Would stay here again.

Great location and nice home.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. The house was nice, clean, and spacious. We had 8 adults and two children so the two different living rooms were much needed. The access to the beach was short enough that everyone could come and go easily (about a 10 min brisk walk). There were just a few suggestions that I would make. The fridge had some difficulty getting and staying cold. Yes, the instructions warned us of this but the fridge never recovered and we had to get a technician to come to the house. My father does this work for his own business so he knew what needed to be done. The technician came, assessed, and stated she needed other equipment so she would come back. She never returned. The shower had an issue but that was fixed promptly. The kitchen supplies, appliances, utensils, etc were in rough shape. Almost every plate and bowl was cracked or chipped, the handles on pans would fall off, knives were flimsy and seemed unsafe, and the coffee maker would leak and spill over every time the pot was moved. Also, the kitchen stools were loose and wobbly, definitely unstable. Overall I would love to stay in this home again if these problems were resolved.

Walking distance to Sonesta wedding venue we came to Hilton Head to attend and to the beach. Very close to Shipyard golf courses, which were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo

Easy and close to the beach.

Property was good for the price. It could have used more utensiles and the light switches were confusing. Overall, it was clean, spacious, and quiet - except for the early morning deck construction next door all week. Also, the smoke detector battery died, so it chirped until the battery was removed. That isn't something the management can predict, so it's understandable.

Great location

This property is a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Large enough to fit 6 adults without using the pullout couch. The couch in the family room was not clean. It felt gritty and we took the cushions off to vacuum it and found a bunch of popcorn and sand under the cushions. Cleaning company should do this ahead of time.

Great location and property

We very much enjoyed our stay at Shipyard in Hilton Head. This was our first visit and we had a great time. We did rent bikes and biking is a convenient way to explore the island. We came in late September with perfect weather - and crowded beaches. We would stay in this property again.

Great Place

We loved our stay at 119 Beachwalk. The condo was as advertised and close walk to pool and beach. The only complaints we had was that the condo next door is being remodeled so there was loud hammering and sawing taking place everyday between 8:00am to 4:00pm. Not very relaxing. Also we lost WiFi at 10:00pm Friday night prior to our departure on Saturday morning. It appears the password changed and we were kicked off network. WiFi password should have remained active until our checkout time on Saturday.
