Direct Gulf Front/Beach Views with Awesome Sunsets await your arrival

Our unit is located on the 6th floor in the A building with spectacular beach views and Gulf of Mexico from kitchen, living room, and bedroom areas. Sunsets are a premium from our private lanai or stroll down to the beach area and walk 7 miles of beautiful white sandy beach. Estero Beach & Tennis (EBT) is located on the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach. Across the street is Santini Plaza currently under construction featuring several restaurants, beach retail shops and a post office. Fish Tale Marina is also across the street which offers tour rides, boat rentals, fishing charters and kayak rentals for the back Bay Area.

EBT has several walking trails throughout the grounds with lush landscaping, tennis courts & pickleball for your use, large heated pool with lounge chairs, BBQ area, coined or PayRange app-operated laundry facilities located in the lobby and secured keyless entry into the building and owners unit. Security guard on duty also. There is a large parking lot with open parking.

Our property has all the essentials of home. There is a full size kitchen, refrigerator with ice machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster along with pots/pans, dishes, bowls, utensils etc.. There is a dining table for 4 people as well as a table on the lania. A 55 inch flat screen smart TV with high speed internet, comfy queen sofa sleeper. The bedroom area has a king sized adjustable head/foot bed. Other amenities in our unit include cable, high speed internet, linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pool n noodles, beach cart and cooler. Smart home keyless entry (no need to pick up keys) and combo of tile/hardwood throughout the unit. Building has 2 elevators and garbage shute, fire alarms and sprinklers.

Our cleaning service follows all CDC guidelines.

Beautiful Gulf front condo

We had a great stay in this condo at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Check in was very quick and easy. The condo was spotless and had more than we needed for the week. The beach and shells were gorgeous. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The unit is super clean and extremely well equipped. Everything you could possibly need is there. The beach wagon was our favorite feature! Char is an excellent host- very responsive and kind. The beach has been greatly expanded and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. And of course, the sunsets are absolutely stunning!! We love this end of the island for its quiet, natural vibe and we highly recommend this unit!

Our one-week snowbird vacation!

The outside grounds of the property are beautiful. We especially enjoyed the amenities offered and the fact our property owner had everything we needed to enjoy the facilities. Loved the balcony view!!! The bed was super comfortable which helped with sleeping away from home. Great vacation!!!

Perfect for our an anniversary trip

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. We stayed for 10 days to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and ended up getting engaged on the balcony ☺️. It’s the perfect location, the condo has everything you need and the owners message back immediately if you have any questions. The check-in/check-out process was easy & contactless so there’s no lines or receptionist to deal with. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future. week at the beach

We were expecting a one bedroom but was actually a studio. Turned out to be plenty of room for my husband and I. Plenty of supplies, great sunset view, and convenient to beach and pool.

3 weeks of paradise!

The condo was fabulous. Besides the wonderful view the condo itself was above expectations. The decor, the soft sheets, well stocked kitchen and plenty of multi strip receptacles made it feel just like home. Had the price not increased for next year we would have booked the condo again.

The property is fine but the first few days were marred by building renovations that impacted the interior of the condo and were a surprise to us. We would rent again.

The completion time frame sometimes gets delayed which is out of my control. However this work did not impact all of the amenities available; pool, beach, tennis courts and the beautiful grounds.

I have been staying at this facitlity for many years and this was by far the best condo I have ever rented. The condo was clean and was decorated fantastically. Estero Beach condo

The views were beautiful but crews were rebuilding the beach 24/7. So that was a bit noisy especially at night. Also only 1 elevator was working for the week. But the television was a great size. And everything else was good considering this was a studio.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Great location for shopping and dining. Condo has everything you need. I'm a little puzzled we have to wash and dry the condo beach towels? Never seen that before.

With regard to washing your own beach towels, that is a requirement from the cleaning companies especially during Covid, that way they have more time to deep clean and sanitize the unit per CDC regulations. I don’t make the rules but I have to follow them.
