Spend your afternoons shopping, enjoying the town's countless family-friendly attractions, and exploring the wonders of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and come home to such shared facilities as a seasonal pool, a hot tub, and a gym!



Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.



All beds now have luxury, high-thread-count linens and gel pillows to enhance your comfort and experience.



With a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley located right out front, the Baskins Creek Condominiums offer a downtown location that can't be beat. The Parkway is only three blocks north, allowing you to easily walk to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Village Shoppes, the Gatlinburg Convention Center, Anakeesta, and other nearby attractions. The aerial tram and skate rink at Ober Gatlinburg are one mile west, and the Sugarlands Visitor Center in Great Smoky Mountains National Park is three miles southwest. The Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community is five miles northeast, and Pigeon Forge - home to Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and several excellent dinner theaters - is eight miles north.
