Very pleasant and quiet stay. Within walking distance of everything but away from all the noise. Perfect spot. Very enjoyable and would recommend for a small family or couples get away.

We had the best time in Gatlinburg. The condo was great! Very clean and perfect for the two of us. Great views and loved being able to walk to town. We even saw a bear in the parking lot!

The view was great! It was a long walk to town. The steps in the back were helpful but there were 69 steps. No bad going down but coming back from town was all up hill then 69 steps to climb. Just so you can prepare.

Location was good. But a bit of a hill to walk back from town. Older building in need of upkeep. Space works for 2 people. Expected a difference experience based on the price that was paid.

Water pressure is non existent. It was cozy and adequate for our 3 day stay. Plenty of parking. Box fan provided for bedroom without ceiling fan. Central heat and air worked great. Need more larger cups/glasses. Walk to downtown was downhill but the walk back is all uphill. Not a complaint, just a note for those with mobility issues. Would recommend just needs better water pressure.
