Stayed two nights and was very pleased. The property was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts of home. Location was convenient, just one street off of Parkway with a few restaurants and shops easily within walking distance. Parking wasn't an issue and the area was generally quiet. I will also mention that upgrades seem to have been made since the pictures on the listing were taken, especially for one of the bathrooms. It can be difficult to find a cabin or condo in the area for a party of 5 with enough bedrooms to go around (so nobody gets stuck sleeping on the couch) but this one fit the bill.

It's a super location!! If you are attending a conference at LaConte Center, it is walkable, as well as walk to Cici's Pizza, The Cottage, and Buzzed Bull Creamery. It's very quiet, only one other condo on that floor. Excellent communication from owner. It's one street off of the parkway. It has a pool, but closes on Labor Day so we didn't get to use it. There is also a go cart place that is also walkable. This condo is also handicap accessible. The shower has an L-shaped huge bench. My transport chair was able to roll around the bed in the master and roll me to small toilet room in master. I could also roll in and out of hall bath. The two other bedrooms I could get to one side of the beds. I didn't try to go out on patios, but you would need help due to frames. You will also need help getting in and out of front door, the bottom metal door frame plus the mats made it impossible for me, but I also have only been in a wheelchair for a month and am still learning. I was in a transport chair so it may different in a traditional wheelchair or power chair.

The unit was nice but there was food (several whole chips) under the couch when we arrived. Nothing we couldn’t clean up ourselves. We also only had one hand towel per bathroom for a total of 6 people to share. It would have been nice to have had more. There were also no towel racks to hang towels on in either bathroom! Other than that, we had a nice time. The redone master bathroom double shower was great until it caused a leak in the unit below!!
