The Space:
The oceanfront views are stunning with waves that crash on rocks a mere 100 feet from the unit. This 3-bedroom, 3 bath condo has oceanfront views from the open living room, the master suite, and 3rd bedroom which is also a walk out unit. This condo offers room for friends and family up to 6 guests. The beautiful open floor plan is a comfortable and ideal property for your family and friends to enjoy time together. There are numerous activities available from basketball to swimming. The resort provides books, videos and family games at quest services.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook like you are at home or order in from many of the local restaurants. Depoe Bay is a small fishing village with a the “world's smallest” harbor known for its amazing entrance under the bridge over the bay and the sea wall that produces spectacular wave sprays.

There is access to an on-site clubhouse with an indoor pool & hot tub, workout room and many more resort amenities.

Guest Access:

Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The complex amenities are available for guest use during their stays and are controlled and maintained by Whale Pointe HOA. The pool and hot tub are typically available year-round; hours and schedules are operated by the HOA. The clubhouse does include bathrooms and free wi-fi.

The surrounding area:
Depoe Bay, Oregon is a small coastal town with a fishing village and tourist amenities that support visiting vacations all year round. There are the communities of Lincoln City to the north on the coast highway with Newport to the south; both are only a 20 minute. Along the way to these locations there are a number of beaches that offer picnicking and agate hunting, one being Fogarty Creek Beach minutes north of the resort.

Whale watching along this stretch of the Oregon Coast is amazing with a resident grey whale pod that can been seen at times for the condo balcony. Or take a local excursion out to meet them from March through December. Whale Watching Season: April-October
