First the good. The unit is basically brand new and spotless. Very very clean and nice. Location is good for our purposes and once we got checked in, everything was smooth. We would stay here again if we needed to be in the same area again. On the downside, it didn't seem like the unit had been occupied in a while. Not a problem by itself but the hot water reeked of rotten eggs and filled the apartment with a bad smell. Trying to shower I nearly gaged. The next day after using hot water, the smell was gone so it seems to me the hot water tank sat too long unused and got stagnant. Secondly we never received the welcome packet so we didn't know how to get in the apartment and had to message the owner/manager for where the keys were, what the wifi was etc... Not a huge problem but one that's easy to fix. Also as the unit is very clean and empty there are no leftovers like salt or oil in the kitchen as well as no dish soap, bath soap, shampoo etc... so keep that in mind if you're expecting there to be items for your stay beyond toilet paper, paper towel and hand soap in the bathroom. Oh, and the bed while the mattress seemed brand new, however the box springs were terribly weak so it bows in the middle. Uncomfortable by second night of sleeping on it.
