Nestled atop the picturesque hills of San Diego County, this stunning 4BR/3BA home offers breathtaking views of the city. The Main house is spacious and features 3BR/2BA. This picturesque home is versatile and also offers an additional bonus studio Casita above the garage, complete with 1BR/1BA. Relax by the pool, soak in the spa or enjoy the BBQ grill, while taking in the beautiful panoramic views. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and parks, the options are endless.

The neighborhood offers a welcoming suburban vibe characterized by tree-lined streets and a close -knit community feel.


Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to outdoor spaces. Felicita Park, located nearby, offers recreational facilities such as playgrounds, sports fields, and walking trails. Daley Ranch, a larger nature preserve, is also within reach, providing opportunities for hiking, biking, and wildlife observation.

This location offers a balance between a serene residential setting and access to essential amenities.

Our property accommodates up to 15 guests in total. However, we allow a maximum of 14 adults, with the remaining guests required to be children or toddlers.
(Pack n Play and air mattress is available).

Main House:
Bedroom #1: King bed with Smart TV.
Bath #1: Full bath (attached to master) with dual sinks, stand-up shower, and bathtub.

Bedroom #2: Bunk bed twin/full w/ twin trundle bed, and Smart TV.

Bath #2: Dual vanity and stand up shower (no tub).

Bedroom #3: Two full beds and Smart TV.

Casita Studio over Garage
Bedroom: (Second level) Two Queen beds, Smart TV

Bathroom: With tub/shower combo, 1 sink.

Outdoor area:
Unwind outside on the estate's lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun hill lounging around! Take a dip in the pool or Hot tub. Have an epic outdoor BBQ with your loved ones.

Please note:
fireplace is not operable.

Additional Rules:
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

Music is allowed on low volume from 9am-7pm

POOL
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3 consecutive day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time. We first heat the pool to temp then you can tun on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. its also on a 1 hour 30 min timer.


We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

Special Note:
Please do not move any of the furniture in the home around during your stay.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.


Must be 25+ to book.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
