We had the lovely time at this home. It just felt like a home away from home for us. And the communication was immediate and attentive. Thanks for a great Vrbo experience!

We had a wonderful stay! Pre-trip communication was excellent, and check in and out couldn't be smoother. The home is a little older so some things could use some upkeep/replacing (e.g. some wood steps outside were broken, the outdoor lights didn't seem to work, the dining room chairs are all sunken in), but overall the home was perfect for getting my family together to all enjoy each other's company

Amazing home with a great location, central to Oceanside, Vista, Poway and a very short drive to the wine country of Temecula ..well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for our family of 10..solar heated pool and inviting hot tub included.. very quiet area close to downtown Escondido..John, the owner, was extremely helpful with all inquiries..we would recommend this home everyone …although there are some stairs from the studio to the main living area , it wasn’t an issue for us..we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to socal..

Our host John was so helpful. He made the check in and check out process so easy. The house was perfect and so clean for our family of 6. The downstairs apartment also gave our son and daughter in law their own privacy. This home will definitely be our go to in Escondido.

This was a great home to spend Christmas with family. We loved that there were basically two separate living spaces and plenty of room to spread out. It is in a quiet neighborhood but is also close to grocery stores, retail stores and restaurants. The host was very friendly and it was extremely easy to communicate with him. Thanks!

Very well suited home for our family of 8 adults visiting the area for a wedding. Every couple had plenty of private space and we all enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi.

Wonderful family time!

We had a great family gathering here and explored the beaches and attractions of the San Diego area. The rooms are generous in size and plenty of space for 5 adults and 5 kids! We absolutely loved playing in the pool and soaking in the hot tub under the stars.

Amazing hosts for our Wedding weekend

My whole family remarked multiple times throughout the weekend about what a great place we found. The beds we’re comfortable, the kitchen always well stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for our large family. The host reached out to answer any questions ahead of our stay and was easy to get ahold of when I did.

This host went above and beyond our expectations for making sure our stay was outstanding. The house felt comfortable and cozy for a large family group vacation and he made sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient to many attractions but in a neighbor that was quiet at night after a busy day. Only suggestion would be to put in railing on the pool steps to make it easier to get in and out of the pool.

Lots of room!

Lots of room to spread out. Comfortable beds. Lots of little extras around the house. Pool, hot tub and ping pong table were great! Wonderful view from the windows. Kids enjoyed watching the little lizards run around in the morning.
