If you don't feel like going to the beach, it's okay! You can always visit the shared outdoor pool and cool off during those warm, summer days. Challenge your friends to a fun-filled tennis match at the resort tennis court and then soothe your tired muscles in the shared hot tub.



TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort is located in Miramar Beach, in close proximity to the excitement and adventures of Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. Downtown Miramar Beach and all of its incredible dining options can be found less than three miles west from your charming studio. However, this beach town is also known for having the famous and sought-after Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which features around 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores and extraordinary deals. Enjoy the local events and festivals occurring in the area throughout the year, venture over to the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for hiking and nature trails, or simply explore the local cuisine.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
