Welcome to Pines & Paddles—a rare lakefront estate set on park-like grounds along the peaceful Mallard Lagoon of Big Bear Lake.

With 3,699 sq ft of living space, soaring two-story windows, and direct dock access, this home is designed for groups who want space, privacy, and a true indoor-outdoor experience—just minutes from town, yet completely removed from the crowds.

Private Dock & Waterfront Living. Experience a rare lakefront setting few Big Bear homes can offer:

+ Private 26’ dock on quiet Mallard Lagoon

+ Launch point for paddleboards & canoe

+ Fishing from dock (permit required)

+ Calm water setting ideal for families and relaxing lake days

Wellness & Recreation. Designed as a private retreat:

+ Spruce sauna (5-person) with stone heater & gym

+ Multi-sport court (volleyball, paddle tennis, badminton)

+ Mini golf & lawn bowling court

+ Ping pong & lawn games

+ Jacuzzi overlooking the lagoon

Deck, Views & Outdoor Living:

+ Expansive redwood deck with panoramic lake views

+ Covered outdoor dining & swing seating

+ Lakeside firepit surrounded by ThermoWood chairs

+ Propane grill for group meals

Light-Filled Great Room:

+ Two-story wall of windows framing lake & pines

+ Vaulted ceilings & radiant heated oak floors

+ 75” TV above wood-burning fireplace

+ Fully equipped, newly renovated chef’s kitchen

+ Coffee & tea bar (stocked by host)

+ Full laundry room & additional half bath

Bedroom Layout:

+ Primary Suite

King bed, lakeview deck, soaking tub, double-sided fireplace

+ Junior Suite

King bed, private bath, lakeview deck

+ Bedrooms 3 & 4

King + Queen, shared Jack & Jill bath

+ Loft Sleeping & Gaming Area

Multiple sleeping options (7): 4 singles, 3 full mattresses

The Grounds & Location:

+ Nearly 2/3 acre of landscaped land

+ Pine, pear, and apple trees throughout

+ Large lawn space for kids & groups

+ Fully fenced backyard (dog-friendly)

+ Easy access to The Village

+ Close drive to Snow Summit

+ Quiet lagoon setting away from main lake traffic

Pines & Paddles is ideal for multi-family trips, retreats, and lake-focused getaways—offering a rare combination of dock access, space, and resort-style amenities. While the home sits on a calm lagoon—ideal for paddleboarding and relaxing views—seasonal algae can appear around the turn of summer to fall, which is common across Big Bear’s shoreline. However, it does not impact use of the dock or outdoor spaces.

Reach out with any questions—we’re happy to help you plan the perfect stay.
