The shower was not working. Not recommended.

I’m sorry to hear that the shower did not work as expected. However, we did not receive any message from you during your one-night stay. If we had been informed, we could have resolved the issue within seconds during a phone call, as it only requires pressing a simple button for the heater to activate. Showers in Aruba can differ from those you are used to at home, and each water heater operates slightly differently. We always encourage guests to contact us immediately if anything is unclear or not working properly. In this case, we would have been able to assist within seconds, allowing you to fully enjoy your shower.
