Why they chose this property

This is a quiet and quaint neighborhood. I like it because it is an easy bike ride to coffee shops, ice cream shops, pizza, restaurants and it is a short drive to the beach as well as downtown. Downtown Sarasota is so beautiful and so many fun things to do.

What makes this property unique

Our home is so perfect to relax and unwind. Early mornings drinking coffee poolside is a favorite! The lighting around the pool is also fantastic for relaxing family time at the house!
