Andrew, We are very disappointed to learn that this property was occupied by underage guests in violation of our age restrictions. According to reports, the group partied from approximately 10:00 PM until 4:00 AM, creating a significant disturbance that caused our upstairs guests considerable distress. This behavior is completely unacceptable and violates multiple house policies. As local hosts, had we been made aware of the situation while it was occurring, the guests would have been asked to leave the property immediately. We have already implemented additional measures to help ensure this type of incident does not happen again in the future.
