This home was completely renovated and is located about 3/4 of a mile to Mother's beach, KBIA, and Webhannet Golf Course. Just a quick walk OR take the street legal golf cart- details below (Drivers license required). Take the Cart to Dock Square for dinner and shopping- Located just 1.5 miles.
Exterior: Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Plenty of yard space! The patio has a salt water hot tub with jets and a sound system, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, dining set, and a BBQ gas grill. The yard has a putting green and a playground for the kids. The deck off of the den has a large dining set, a kids dining set, and outdoor games!
Interior: This freshly renovated 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home has finishes and furniture to make you feel comfortable for your Maine vacation. The first floor has a den with gas fireplace, Kitchen, Dining room, Bathroom, and living room with a wet bar and access to the patio. The basement has a Movie Theater, Arcade/Game room, and a laundry room. The second floor features 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a full bathroom en-suite with stunning marble shower. The 3 other themed bedrooms are tastefully designed and decorated. All have comfortable beds and high end linens/bedding!
