La Hacienda Ojo de Agua is a private luxury vacation house retreat located on a hilltop setting for total relaxation. Property is on 13 private monkey filled acres.You are close to the best surfing in Panama at Playa Venao and sportfishing in Canas and Cambutal. New gourmet restaurants and numerous bars are here making their debut in our area along with weekend and evening beach musical entertainment and festivals. A vehicle is necessary ..and a SUV in rainy season is a must…because of hilltop location.
‎Situated on a hilltop in Ojo de Agua, Cañas, Los Santos, Panama you have views of the Pacific Ocean and Isla Canas a world recognized Turtle Sanctuary. We are on the dry arc of the Azuero Peninsula.
‎The house is over 4,000 square feet of living area and outside patios and sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. It boast a 15x30 infinity pool and outside shower. The raised wall concrete deck overlooks the yard and gives room for cocktail parties, gas grilling while watching the amazing sunsets, whales in season and monkeys everywhere.
4G Global wifi routers in all bedrooms. You must realize our WIFI is not US quality yet so we do have outages when power is affected.
‎The gourmet kitchen is set up to host the most discriminating chefs with stainless steel countertops and Italian gas stove. The double commercial refrigerator freezer with ice maker is a must in a tropical climate. All high quality appliances and cookware are at your disposal. Fully stocked with dish/glass wear for 10 people.
‎The house consist of two air conditioned master suites with large ensuite bathrooms and private closets. The main kitchen / living area is only breezes from windows and fans…That sleep 6 adults and children.
The Queen queen suite bedroom has two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with large closet. This suite opens out to outside bar and huge deck. Air- conditioning.
The King master suite is totally separate from the main quarters with a reading nook which turns into a Queen bed and large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and double limestone tiled rain head shower. This suite opens out to private porch with day bed for whale and daily monkey visits! Air Conditioning
‎There is also a half bath off the living area for guests also.
‎The main house has a six adult capacity. Children over 2 years old are welcome but must be well supervised because of the pool area.
‎Private chef and laundry are provided for a fee. Monthly stays have access to laundry room. I do guests laundry on short term stays.
‎The property is 13 acres with numerous walking trails and four troops of Howler monkeys along with Capuchin and the rare Azuero Spider monkey in danger of extinction.
The pool is professional maintained weekly and the property has a full time property manager and rental manager 24/7.
‎The entire property is fenced and gated for your privacy.

This vacation rental by owner property has total 4G Global Satellite WiFi internet with bedroom routers. We offer a gas BBQ grill, pool floats, outside bar, infinity pool and outside shower.

Private drive and secure parking.

AC in bedrooms only. Please conserve and keep doors closed when in use. Electricity is expensive in Panama please understand, if all day use is what you are use to this is not the house for you. I do have a set $200 electrical limit per monthly stays. All excess will be charged.. All Year breezes.
