Rest & Relaxation (Sleeps 8) We offer flexible sleeping arrangements perfect for mixed groups or two families traveling together:



Bedroom 1: King bed with dresser storage.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with premium linens.

Bedroom 3 (The Family Suite): One Queen bed plus a set of Twin bunk beds—ideal for kids or a family wanting to share a room.



Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and essentials.

Parking: Bringing your own watercraft? Our driveway comfortably accommodates parking for a boat and trailer.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a smart TV. Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning and fast WiFi throughout the house. Step outside onto the covered porch for morning coffee or evening chats, and make use of the BBQ grill and yard space for cookouts. A backyard shed is available for storing your boat, kayak, and other gear. Free parking is available on the premises.

Williams Bay Beach is only two minutes away, where you can swim, sunbathe, or launch the kayaks provided with the house. For a scenic adventure, hop onto the famous Geneva Lake Shore Path, a 21-mile walking trail that takes you past historic estates and beautifully landscaped grounds. Afterward, cool off with a treat from Frosty Moose (a local summer staple) just across the street.



A Destination for All Seasons Williams Bay shines year-round. In the fall, the area erupts in color, perfect for hiking the 231-acre Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy, located just minutes away. In winter, these same trails are excellent for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. We are also perfectly situated for holiday magic—the famous Santa Cruise departs right here in Williams Bay! Plus, you’re just a short drive from Winterfest (home of the U.S. National Snow Sculpting Championship) and the ski hills at Grand Geneva and Wilmot Mountain.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability; please inquire in advance. We provide ample parking on-site for your convenience. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets are not allowed. The property is suitable for children and infants. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, to respect our neighbors. The fully equipped kitchen is available for your use, but please ensure all dishes are cleaned and put away before departure.
