We chose the McDonough / Lake Dow area because of the rural feel. The convenience of being minutes away from shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Atlanta airport, and downtown with 75N/S, Hwy 285 and 675 within a 8mintues drive didn't hurt either.

What makes this property unique

Our property very unique. You will not find another floor plan like it-because I designed the blue-print.
I wanted every area to offer a feel unlike any other.
