Extra sleeping arrangements such as pull-out beds and a sofa bed make it ideal for couples, friends, small families, or solo travelers.

The condo is designed for comfort and functionality, with an equipped kitchenette that includes utensils, cookware, basic condiments, and essential appliances like an induction cooker, microwave, rice cooker, and refrigerator. The bathroom offers a hot and cold shower, bidet, lighted mirror, hair dryer, toiletries, and a first-aid kit. Guests also enjoy fast Wi-Fi, fresh linens and towels, cleaning items, tripods for content creation, entertainment options such as board games and karaoke, and a smooth, secure check-in process.

Things to know
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Safety & convenience: 24‑hour security with CCTV, fire detection system, standby generators, 3 elevators per tower, mailroom, CIS, and sewage treatment.
• 10 to 15min drive to golf area.
House rules
• Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• Kindly note that pets are not allowed in the premises and inside the unit to help us keep it clean and allergen-free for everyone’s comfort.
• Clean as you go policy
• Damaged or missing items will be charged, price depends on the item.
• Follow the standard check in time: 2pm and check out time: 12pm. Late check out will be charged.
• Do not open stock cabinets
• Please note that this is a non-smoking unit to keep it fresh and comfortable for everyone. A ₱1,500 fine applies for smoking inside.
• Noise curfew is until 10:00 pm
• Take care of your belongings. S & R Cozy Staycation is not liable for any of your lost personal items.
• Light cooking is only allowed, please avoid frying fish or cooking foods with strong odors to help keep the unit fresh for everyone’s comfort.
• Treat the unit as if its your own home by conserving water and electricity
• No parties or events allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate termination of your stay and without a refund of payment.
• Children are welcome, but not childproofed. Please supervise at all times.
