Please leave all beds as they are; our cleaning team will take care of them. We kindly ask that linens remain in their original bedrooms.
Please send us a quick message when you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please take care of the furnishings. Guest will be charged accordingly if damaged.
Any excessive filth left behind for the cleaners will be charged to the guest accordingly. Damages/missing items will be charged at replacement cost.

If you are looking for the perfect Fort Myers Beach home within walking distance to the beach, this is it!We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous, immaculate beach home with high-quality finishes throughout. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, with plenty of seating inside and out.The outdoor areas were a huge highlight. There were many spots to relax, read a book, enjoy coffee, sit in the sun or shade, float in the heated pool, or unwind on the deck off the kitchen. The pool was perfectly maintained at 85 degrees and included a sun deck, comfortable furniture, bean bags, and pool noodles.The home had all the beach gear you could need, including a large wagon, five chairs, and two umbrellas. It is just a 5-minute walk, one block, from the beach.Our group included two families, nine people with five teenagers. Three bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, and the bunk-bed bedrooms shared a large, well-designed bathroom perfect for the four teenage girls. The beds were comfortable, and the house never felt crowded.The host, Randy, was an absolute gem, quick to respond, helpful, flexible, and very accommodating. The area felt safe, and we loved walking to the beach, Margaritaville, and nearby spots. Our teenagers enjoyed walking back and forth, giving us peace of mind.We have rented homes with pools in Fort Myers and this was by far the best house we’ve stayed in. It truly had everything, plus a quick walk to the beach. We will be back!
