Super nice beachfront home

We had a great time staying in Ft Myers. Our host was very accommodating with texts and emails. The home was very clean and nice amenities were provided for us. We enjoyed the dinner recommendation for Dixie Fish Company! Four couples had plenty of space in the home and just steps from the beach!

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Getaway!We had an incredible stay at this 5-bedroom property — it truly exceeded all expectations. The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, making it ideal for our group. The private beach access was unbeatable — just steps from the back door, with breathtaking views of the ocean that we enjoyed from sunrise to sunset.The pool and hot tub were fantastic highlights, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach or starting the morning with a peaceful soak. Great house. Great beach. Comfortable and beautiful house. Super nice owner. Only thing - out of anyone’s control- is traffic to north with construction. And hot tub needing repair first 2 days. They fixed and then it was great!!! We all had a great time!! Would go again!!

The only thing is house did not supply the houses did not supply an xtra roll of paper towels, trash bags, etc so we had to go buy some items and left them for next family. Otherwise excellent stay. Family beach vacation

House was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Elevator was helpful in bringing in luggage and groceries. Perfect location on the beach. Kids loved the pool. Pool was dirty upon arrival and filter was not working. This was fixed in 48 hours and we were given a partial refund for the time we couldn’t use the pool. Check in time was at 4. Our check in information said we could call the morning ofCheck in to ask for an earlier time with an additional cost. When I called I was told I needed to contact them the day before. House was ready when we arrived at 3 but code to enter house was not activated until 4My family had a wonderful vacation. I recommend this house

Lots of space

Beautiful house right on the beach, but very very difficult to drive anywhere for dinner, other activities, after 3pm. 1 hour to drive 2 miles! House was spacious and kitchen was well equipped. We were not able to use the pool as it was dirty and the filter wasn’t working. Property was responsive and attempted to resolve the issue but never appeared clean enough to use.

Great house

The house was fantastic. They were completing construction on the beach directly behind the home. This did not allow us access to the beach which was disappointing. The company couldn’t do much about it. The location of the house was optimal to get to the town and to Publix. The only negative interaction we had was when they came to look at the elevator that wasn’t working. The man was very rude and arrogant. He kept talking over me stating if he looked at this elevator and the door was closed o was going to be fined. I was very confused as we hadn’t used the elevator. I tried multiple times to try to just be kind and factual with the gentleman but he wasn’t very nice. His behavior madd the day negative but I still very much enjoyed the home. I would rent this home again.
