Very nice home on the lagoon side. Property manager helped coordinate a driver from the airport which was great b/c it is a bit hard to find the exact road to take you to the dock the house sits on. There is a parking space if you have a car and it’s in a great central location where it’s easy to get to many local spots (down to the village or up to Maya beach). House has everything you could need during your stay, and I loved having coffee on the porch in the mornings. Excellent restaurant right across the street in the blue reef resort with amazing ocean views. Manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

Sparkling clean and well-outfitted house. There was even a hammock on the back deck. 2.5 bathrooms. The loft had a twin bed and a futon. VERY COMFORTABLE HOUSE. We were able to pack right at the unit. Iguanas everywhere including visits to the back deck. Watch your step outside - we saw a scorpion. I misunderstood the pool situation as described in the listing. The resort across the road has a pool that we used after buying food/drinks. Pool access is not included with the rental of this unit.

Perfect house for a family. While u can't swim right off the dock, it was cool to see the boats go by and other people fishing at the end. The patios are nice and there is enough room to spread out. We are a family of 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 kids under 5 and the younger ones claimed the loft upstairs. It is a drive to the village but still restaurants n such up this way. The kids loved walking up and down the dock and hanging out with the iguana who comes around the house. Would definitely recommend. Also had a washing machine and dryer which was nice not to hang dry clothes n wait for them. This place also offered enough bathroom stuff like shampoo and conditioner and such. Loved it here
