Our comfortable two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps up to six people. Each room opens to a spacious covered patio deck through handcrafted French mahogany doors. For your comfort, the unit provides Internet service, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, cable TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in each room. Our property has granite kitchen counter tops, stainless appliances, washer and dryer, and all of the conveniences of home in our fully stocked kitchen with beautiful Mexican tile décor throughout. The condo includes a shared saline pool by the water, a thatched roof viewing dock on the Caribbean, and a group barbecue courtyard for your enjoyment. In addition, there is a shared boathouse, a 75 foot dock, and private boat slips. Sunrise and sunset are the most magical moments in the day. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy a slice of paradise!

The Belize barrier reef, the second largest in the world, is a popular destination for scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing. There’re many companies and tour guides in Placencia Village. Sunset Pointe is a true tropical oasis that has something to suit most everyone’s liking. Come enjoy the tranquility of this charming fishing village.

Loved this condo!!

We had a wonderful time in Placencia staying at this condo. I loved all the furnishings and decorations. The views from both sides and above were gorgeous. The location was perfect. Communication

Beautiful Condo

The condo was so wonderful. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you needed. Bedrooms & bathrooms were lovely. The balcony views from both the lagoon side & the Caribbean side, no words other than to say we were living in Paradise!!! The pool was great!! Beth was fantastic to work with when making my reservation & answering any questions I had. I will definitely stay there again.

Great property in quiet area

Very happy with our stay here. communication with host was great. Arrival went well. The property is a short walk from anywhere with much to do so it might be nice to rent a golf cart. But excursions were able to pick us right up in front of the location or even on the dock which is right out front. The inside of this place is very nice and clean and we were very happy.

Great place!

We loved our stay here. Amazing views from both sides of the condo. Very clean. Loved watching the sunsets from the rooftop deck. We did pre-arrange for a golf cart because it would be a longer walk to town and that worked out fine. The pool is pretty small, so we did take advantage of the beach club passes and really enjoyed that. There was a deck area and pool with a swim up bar and then the beach as well. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.
