Free on site parking includes ample area to park your vehicle with your boat/fish house attached. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this apartment provides a peaceful retreat with everything you need close at hand. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. We are-off shore lake front @ Sauk chain of lakes connecting 3.7 miles, 2,375 acres of lakes. These Sauk chain of river lakes are made up of several connected lakes, including Horseshoe Lake, Cedar Island Lake, Long Lake, Cotter Lake, Zumwalde Lake, Schneider Lake also known as great Northern lake, Mud Lake, East Lake, Knaus Lake just a list a few.
Enjoy boating, boating toys, clear lake swimming within 3 miles, tubing, an awesome bakery @ Cold Spring within 5 miles, fishing, golf, bike/hiking on tarred trail within 1 mile, ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing etc. Prepare for the weather with snow boots for the winter.

Strip any used beds and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return keys to the lockbox after you have locked the patio door. Set heat @ 55 in kitchen & bedroom. Leave door to bathroom open, make sure living room chair is @ least 1 foot away from heater.

Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it’s the quiet in town living but yet we have the lake access right where we are and it connects to so many lakes together that it’s really a benefit for Lake enjoyment.
What makes this property unique
We are located on a dead end road and our property is offshore, but we have view of the lake. The apartment is a walkout basement apartment facing the lake.
