Parking: 1 car in garage, 2 in driveway, extra at pool lot. Report any damage or issues within 2 hours. Exterior camera monitors for safety, guest count, noise, and party violations.
No pets. No shoes upstairs. Keep sand outside. Cover grill after use and turn off appliances. Pond requires liability waiver. Pool: no lifeguard, no glass, swim diapers, noodles only.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
