Recent updates (completed in 2021) in this cute and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath (2nd floor courtyard side) condo located at the Pebble Beach Complex. Bed sizes are 1 Queen Bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Condo has new Flat Screen TV's, flooring and more. WIRELESS INTERNET and expanded Cable Network TV's. Short walk to the beach. NO pets and NO SMOKING inside! LINENS ARE INCLUDED IN PRIME SEASON (JUNE 8-AUGUST 3- WEEKS ONLY- FULL PRICE) Rents Sunday to Sunday!

Emerald Isle offers Family fun for everyone....with bike and jogging trails that run parallel to Emerald Dr, miniature golf, go carts, water slide, great shopping in Emerald Plantation, movie theater, restaurants that include everything from pizza to burgers to Seafood. The Bogue Inlet Pier is a must see to find out what the "catch of the day" is. If you just need to relax, pull up a chair and enjoy the ocean waves while reading a good book. We've got you covered.
Emerald Isle also offers a Public Boat Ramp (no fees) located at Jean Preston Park about mid way the island. (near Chapel By the Sea). There is a play ground and public restroom located there as well. We have multiple kayak launch areas and parks within the city limits, including a Sound front park with dock located on Coast Guard Road and one on Cedar St. (great to go crabbing at) You may also enjoy Surf Fishing all along the 12 mile stretch of our beautiful island. We have a Fishing Gear store and several Convenient Stores that offer bait, hooks and other fishing items you will need. Don't forget you need a Fishing License to Surf Fish but can enjoy fishing from the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier by purchasing a fishing pass for the day or week.

It was all we needed. But we are a older couple. Stairs in future will be a problem. But place was clean. Everything was there that we needed.

Perfect retreat!

The rental agency (Century 21) made the process so easy! Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Everything they promised was exactly as they said it would be. We arrived after hours and the packet was immediately available. The condo could not have been more convenient or welcoming. Mornings on the balcony were delightful! The beach was wonderful! Linens and all the necessaries surpassed our expectations! We will be coming back!!

Pebble Beach

This property consisted of a 2nd floor walk up one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen condo with balcony. The unit was clean but had minor concerns e.g. towel bars in bathroom were not secure, coming out of wall/tub door if grabbed, dining utensils in kitchen were few and poor quality, no toaster was visible. However, these were things we could work around. The grounds were in the process of being repaired/renovated after the last hurricane but were still quite usable. The pools were well maintained as were the grills and picnic tables provided. Access to the beach was easy and clean. In all, we were able to enjoy a beautiful week in safe, friendly accommodations.

We have stayed at Pebble Beach in other Condos at least once or twice a year for the past 9 years. This is the first time going thru Century 21. The Condo was not clean. It was not stocked well, ie. utensils, useable pots, etc. The bathroom carpets were stained and the wall had some kind of stains also. The lamp in the bedroom didn't work. The shower/tub had what looked the black mold and one of the shower doors didn't slide. The toilet seat was very scarred and worn. The biggest disappointment was the property. We new that storms had come through the area earlier in the spring, but the damage was very significant. Large shipping containers were ALL over the property. Probably at least 20 or more. The outdoor/indoor pool nearest us was working. I just really feel that for the money spent we should have been told that before we booked. To let us make the assumption that we were getting the quality place we have always had for very many year was very disheartening and frankly dishonest!

I have shared this information with the owner so we can correct the issues you encountered inside the condo. during your stay. Unfortunately the repairs at the complex have taken longer than the Association had thought from the Hurricane last September. Again, we apologize and would like to offer a 10% discount if you book with us again.

Property is nice

The property managers we’re useless. There need to be TV Spectrum instructions in the unit. We did not know how to use it. Your pictures must be old cause the unit looked nothing like it.

Carol we appreciate your review of the condo. The Association offers basic cable (over 100 channels) and the homeowners choose not to upgrade from that. Our maintenance team explained that when they went out to help you with the TV. We are not sure what you are referring to about the pictures not being accurate as the owner did renovations to some of the unit this past winter and the current pictures where taken the end of January 2021 when it was completed. We take pride in our property and customer service and try to handle any customer issues as soon as possible. Again, thank you for your review.
