Beautiful house with swimming pool for 10 people near the beach, with nice view to the sea. This four-bedroom villa comprises three separate suites. Villa Lanima is a comfortable holiday house and is located in a quiet place near the town center. It is surrounded by a 2300 m2 garden with private pool, lawn, playground, covered parking and barbecue. It consists of: 4 bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with 2 additional sleeping possibilities, two kitchens, dining room, summer kitchen, fireplace, outdoor grill, three bathrooms and a room with fitness equipment. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. Air conditioning (4 pieces) are available in the living area and in one bedroom. Pets are welcome.Pets fee is not included in the price and is 10€/night/pet.
The house have tri separate unit two on ground level and one on the first level.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, Goran und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich und reagieren sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Allerdings ist das Haus sehr abgewohnt und vieles funktionierte nicht (Dusche, Stromanschlüsse nur mit Zwischenstecker, Kabel am Boden provisorisch verlegt, ...). Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind sehr klein. Das Haus ist für Familien ideal, da es in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend liegt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht.

Urlaub mit Kindern und Hunden

Goran, der Besitzer und Verwalter des Objekts, ist sehr höflich, freundlich und pflegt eine schnelle Kommunikation mit seinen Gästen. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme und Goran stand uns für Rückfragen schnell zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt am Meer und erfordert ein Auto bis zum Strand, Der Pool ist jedoch ausreichend dimensioniert um mit der ganzen Familie Spaß haben zu können. Das Grundstück ist wirklich riesig. Wir hatten vier Kinder und zwei Hunde dabei und der Garten war perfekt für alle Aktivitäten. In circa 2 km Entfernung kann man in einem großen Einkaufszentrum mit einem Kaufland, Lidl, einheimischen Supermärkten und Drogeriemärkten einkaufen. Porec lud ebenfalls für Aktivitäten ein. Gerade am Wochenende wurde hier wirklich ein tolles Programm geboten. Am Haus haben wir vor allem draußen unsere Abende sehr ausgiebig und lange genossen. Obwohl es in Basarinka selbst sehr ruhig ist, hat es nie Beschwerden gegeben, dass die Lautstärke nachts unangemessen war (obwohl wir hin und wieder wirklich laut gewesen sind). Für ein drei Sterne Haus finden wir zu dem Preis die Leistung sehr gut. Wir bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt.

Padroni di casa simpatici e disponibili per una villa che ha tutto quello che serve, con un'ottima divisione degli spazi e una buona intimità. La zona piscina è così come da foto molto ben organizzata ed efficiente. Inoltre è presente una sorta di dependance adibita a taverna molto molto graziosa. Quella che per qualcuno potrebbe essere una pecca è il fatto che,salvo un ristorante, bisogna muovere l'auto per raggiungere qualsiasi meta anche se per 10 minuti. A mio parere comunque sicuramente consigliato.
