The space
Sleep up to 8 in this airy & spacious 3 bd/3 bath Texas town home. The entry level contains a king bed, full bath, and easy access to the 2-car garage for any of your parking needs. The main floor (level 2) boasts one queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping, a large farmhouse table, 65” smart TV with cable, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove top (kitchen basics provided for cooking). The bedroom has one king bed and full size bathroom. Third floor has one king-size bedroom with their own private bathroom. On this floor, you’ll find our private rooftop inviting you to enjoy a few brews with peace and tranquility.

• As a reminder, the City of Fort Worth has a noise ordinance. After 10pm, outside noise must be limited to 60dBA. The fine for exceeding that level is $500. Enforcement of the ordinance is done by the City’s Code Compliance Team and the Police Department
