In the Sandstone Point property toward the south of Lincoln City, you'll have beach access just a couple walks away and down a flight of stairs, as well as a number of conveniences nearby. A short drive will present many more opportunities.



This condo offers a homey atmosphere with modern appeal. The main open room is equipped with comfy furniture for relaxing in front of an electric fireplace and flatscreen TV (cable and WiFi included). Large picture windows look out to sea, and a clearer view is available outside on the shared patio.



A small, but fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for cooking delicious meals, including extras like a mixer, blender, and coffeemaker. Six will fit around the dining table, or you can dine at the picnic table outside on a nice day. There's room for your dog to run around, too, so bring them along for vacation (please note a small, nightly pet fee).



With three bedrooms, this condo will sleep up to eight guests. One bedroom offers a double bed while a second features a set of twin bunk beds. A double-size sleeps two in the final room, and the futon in the living area will sleep any remaining guests. There is one full bath with a tub/shower combo.



Anyone with limited mobility might consider this condo because it is only one level and is on the same level as the parking lot.



This condo is perfect for a family or a group of friends - play on the beach, spend a day on the water at nearby Devils Lake, golf and play blackjack at Chinook Winds Casino Resort, then feast on a delicious seafood dinner at a nearby restaurant.
