I absolutely love the simpleness of this rental, with for kids, and two of them being under three it was much needed

Thanks for taking a moment to share your stay. We’re glad the simple, kid-friendly setup at Salmon 1-A gave you exactly what you needed with little ones in tow. It’s wonderful to know the space helped make family time easier. Safe travels, and we’d love to welcome you back.
Pros. Nice gas fireplace to warm the cool mornings. Nice view of ocean. Kitchen furnished adequately. Host very responsive. Cons. VERY noisy (squeaky) queen bed, noisy from above neighbors, inside seating for only 2 (had to rearrange and bring in Adirondack chairs from porch), no counter space in bathroom, way too few plug-ins, no extra bedding, couch bed too small for adult. Walk to beach includes many steps and quite a STEEP road...not suitable for many people. Overall impression... serviceable, minimally furnished...no extras. NOTE: We left a couple games in the heretofore empty shelves for next guests.
This was a nice little condo and was perfect for my little family of 4. You can tell the cleaners who clean the condos don’t clean very well. The stove top had burnt food stuck on it from the last guests and I scrubbed it really well and got it off. We left the condo cleaner than it was when we got there. The host is great though they just need a new cleaning service. Host responded quickly each time I reached out, which was very convenient! We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
The property has a lot of pros: view of the beach, pet friendly, full kitchen, easy access to the beach and well positioned with lots of walkable shops and restaurants. It’s a pretty cheap rate so I was not expecting luxury but there were definitely some things that could be improved. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the bed was extremely loud and slumped in the center to where my husband and I were rolling into each other overnight and the back sliding door was difficult to open and did not lock. The amenities in the kitchen and such were very minimal; no pot holders, no baking sheets, no hooks for coats etc. Small things that would go a long way! Lastly, I left my AirPods in the bedroom (my fault) and notified the company as soon as I found out (within the same day!). No one had checked in and I told them the exact place to AirPods were left. They weren’t able to locate them which is interesting since someone is currently using them per Find My Device! Very disappointing customer service experience! Definitely my fault for leaving them but what the heck!?
The view was good. Lots of overgrowth blocking partial view. Conveniently located with beach access if you don’t mind stairs and a steep incline back up to the unit, Kitchen has minimal supplies, no spices, oils, cutting board etc. so need to bring your own. Refrigerator was very rusty. Mattresses were sub par, broken down. Need to be replaced. Sleeps four to six but seating for 2 in living room. Entryway needs a deep cleaning, if you’re looking to save money on accommodations it’s not bad.
