Located in the historic Taft district of Lincoln City, Wycliff Beach Condo offers a true west-facing ocean view and a calm, light-filled setting designed for slowing down and enjoying the coast. Positioned above the shoreline, this upper-level condo looks directly out to the Pacific - perfectly oriented for glowing sunsets, evening lights from working crab boats, and on clear days, the occasional whale spout just offshore.
Inside, the space feels both cozy and open, with a wall of windows that draws your eye straight to the water. Mornings invite you to linger with coffee on the couch as natural light fills the room, while evenings are best spent with the fireplace on, the ocean darkening beyond the glass, and the quiet rhythm of the coast setting the pace. The airy living area is thoughtfully furnished for relaxing, conversation, and simply being present in the moment.
The condo features a queen bed, a convertible bed (twin that pulls out to a double), and a sofa, making it well-suited for couples, small families, or friends who value location, views, and comfort over excess space. A well-equipped kitchen supports easy meals at home, whether you’re starting a slow morning or winding down after a day outdoors.
Just steps away, you’ll find access to the ocean beach, ideal for long walks, beachcombing, and taking in the expansive Pacific views. From October through May, guests can join in Lincoln City’s signature coastal tradition during the Finders Keepers, when hand-blown glass floats are hidden along the shoreline. Summer brings vibrant color and motion to the sky with the Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival, while crisp fall days welcome the Lincoln City Fall Kite Festival. Nearby golf courses, galleries, shops, and dining round out the area’s year-round appeal.
If you ’re drawn to ocean light, wide-open water views, fresh coastal air, and evenings spent watching the sun slip into the Pacific, Wycliff Beach Condo offers a relaxed and memorable coastal stay in one of Lincoln City’s most charming neighborhoods.

Mary — thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about Wycliff Beach Condo. We’re glad the quick walk to the beach and town and the easy parking made your stay convenient. We appreciate your note about the nearby highway — many guests find the location’s access to sand and shops well worth it. We’d love to welcome you back.
Thank you for taking a moment to tell us about your stay. We’re so glad the bed and furniture kept you comfortable and that you enjoyed the awesome view from Wycliff Beach Condo. We’d love to welcome you back for another relaxing visit.
Clean rooms, nicely decorated. Would have appreciated more towels (1 per person available for several nights is icky), some washcloths (none in room) and a heads up that the salt and pepper were empty. I think it was just okay for me. Windows facing the ocean don’t open and no outdoor space for guests. Beach access is quick but uphill all the way back. Maybe not amazing if you have small children.

Wonderful stay
This little condo has everything we needed for a perfect Oregon coast get away! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. And a perfect view of whales right out the front windows!
We enjoyed staying at this condo very much. The view of the ocean was fantastic, the place was clean, and the location worked well as a base for our day trip adventures. The check-in/check-out procedure was simple and the property manager connected with us while we were there to assure everything was OK. Thanks!
This trip was with my frail 86 year old mother. I wouldn’t recommend this condo for those who are infirm. We knew there would be stairs, but to get to the front door there were 21 of them. The beds were high, making it difficult for her to get in and out. However, it is a cute condo with wide ocean views (albeit slightly obstructed by powerpoles and lines). I had some concerns with the cleanliness and appliances, but I messaged the manager privately and they are looking into them. While the kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. If you plan on cooking something special, i would recommend bringing a good skillet. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was nice. All in all it was pleasant and comfortable.

Wonderful place with awesome view!
Enjoyed 3 days with my husband, daughter and son in law. The condo was great! Plenty of room. Well stocked for cooking any meal. Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed to make our trip awesome. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that we had no internet service for phones and tv and couldn’t get fireplace to work. But other than those small things I would definitely recommend and return for another stay!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay, Kelly! The internet is supplied by condos and is now set up to cover the entire complex with additional routers and extensions. Gas service has since been established, and both the internet and fireplace are in fine working order.
The wall of windows was wonderful to look out at the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. We were a group of 4 women with plenty of space to move about and relax. The beds were comfortable as was the seating in the main room. Slow starting mornings were enjoyed with the warmth from the fire as well as laughter filled nights. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The lack of a dishwasher did not bother us. No problems with stove or oven. Shower stall was a bit small but water pressure was nice. The lack of a bath tub did not affect us. Some road noise could be heard in the bedrooms but it did not hinder us from falling asleep or wake us up. Overall the condo was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. A lovely home away from home for us. Thank you for providing a wonderful space for my aunt, my mom, my sister and I to share stories, laugh and spend time together.
