The amenities were bad the house needs some appliance repairs. The Dryer did not work which is a problem when you rent a home that is supposed to have a washer and dryer. The weather was very stormy. Also the ice maker did not work, the wifi was also iffy the house size and cleanliness was great though. The location is also awesome.
The house it self was great. Loved it. But the lighting in the living room and dining was really really dim. I had to read my book by the flashlight on my phone. The fire place worked half of the time. The Internet was the worse by far. For having a TV in every bedroom it only worked maybe 5%of the time

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the house overall. We're truly sorry to learn about the dim lighting in the living and dining areas, the intermittent fireplace, and the poor internet and TV service in the bedrooms. We understand how these issues could have impacted your stay, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience they caused. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will be sure to pass along these concerns to our local team so they can address them promptly. We want every guest to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and your insights help us improve. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.
Great location and very clean. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and beds were comfortable. Note that there are a lot of stairs (3 floors). Wasn't great for my aging in-laws but the kids loved it. Some things need some TLC like the beat up hardwood floors in the kitchen and the outdoor hose/shower head in poor working condition. It would have been nice to use that to wash sand off before coming in.

When comparing this home to others that we have used in the area, we did find this home lacking. While the house was roomy and in pretty good condition, it was when we were forced to stay there for four days straight while our car was being repaired. In other homes we have used in the area the kitchens were much better stock; this kitchen lacked things like some basic spices, oils, aluminum foil, plastic wrap and food storage bags that helps people save food, etc. Cooking utensils were few and a set of tongs in the kitchen would have been nice for such things are turning over bacon, sausage etc. There was a pot in the kitchen with only one handle. The house is advertised as being able to handle 10 people and while there were beds and dishes for that, glassware is lacking. Laundry detergent as well as dishwasher soap / pods were few. We had to Uber to a grocery store to get many of the items that we have had provided in other homes. We lost internet connection the second day there and had to wait for four days to get it repaired. There was a man from the management company, Nick, who came to help which was nice but the day the tech from Spectrum was to arrive, it was my wife and I who had to deal with the tech and no one from the management team came to the house to insure things were completed to their satisfaction. This put the burden on my wife and I to stay around and wait for the tech. There were no directions on what the company wanted us to do upon our departure.
This property was amazing for a beach getaway. Super close beach access with wonderful views and you can’t beat dipping in the hot tub after a day trip.
Very nice property in a nice neighborhood with a park nextdoor that had a volleyball net and swings/play area. Central to most of the things in town, so super convenient spot!
The house was nice and clean. Enjoyed our weekend gateway. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. We would definitely book again.
Our family really appreciated the thoughtful amenities and lovely, peaceful setting of the Olivia Beach, Compass Rose. All of the details made for a perfect family reunion. We’ll be back next year!
This house was just what we needed for a weekend in Lincoln city. Perfect for kids and dogs. We appreciated the beach toys available for our kiddos. Adjustable heat in each bedroom was nice for warming up after cold mornings on the beach!
We loved this property… beautiful home with plenty of room for the kids to enjoy. Very clean upon checkin, and when there was an issue with the BBQ the property manager responded quickly and resolved it. We love the neighborhood and the pool was a hit for sure. We’ll definitely be back!
