The Space:

You'll be just around the corner from the ocean beach at this newly constructed, home in the heart of Neskowin. Spend your mornings walking to Proposal Rock, your afternoons splashing in the cool ocean waves, and your evenings telling stories and roasting s'mores around the backyard firepit.



The home sits a block and a half back from the ocean, with a beach access point two houses down from Breakers Avenue. It's a wonderful setting whether you're planning to tee off at the Neskowin Beach Golf Course, walk through the eerie Ghost Forest, or take a scenic drive to Pacific City or Lincoln City.



Built in 2022, the house brings a fresh perspective to your annual beach escape. The great room is an open space with a soaring barn-style ceiling, offering a living area with two sofas and an airy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and beautiful cabinetry and backsplash.



Before hitting the beach in the morning, share stacks of pancakes at the breakfast bar or the dining room table. Upon your return, lighting the gas grill and dining al fresco on the back deck. Additional features of this home include a washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi to keep you connected.
