The place itself began great besides the miscommunication about check-in. But the response from Casago was quick to help us get in. After that though, communication was less than acceptable. The company left voicemails that didn't arrive until after we returned home--one of which was sent out at 1:30 a.m.The place does not have cell signal but one would think that the property managers would know that about an entire town that they have properties at. Two out of the three toilets failed. One failed the first night and never got addressed despite several emails to the property management company. Eventually the failed toilets leaked all over one of our friend's stuff getting it soaked with toilet water. The house itself is fine. Great views and good location and layout. The refrigerator situation is a bit odd--it's a couple drawers upstairs so we'd suggest bringing a cooler if you have a lot of food items and don't want to be running up and down the stairs to the extra fridge in the basement.
