Great Stay!

This was the perfect spot for us as it was close to everything. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance & all the main sights & shopping just a short drive away. The place was spotless & well-maintained which made it comfortable & relaxing after our hikes. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

Adventure and Good Food in Sedona

We enjoyed having a full kitchen and our own private place to come and go as we pleased. We enjoyed the location and its proximity to area restaurants and outdoor activities. We would stay here again.

South Sedona Condo a great place to stay outside of Sedona.

The condo appears to have been recently remodeled and the furniture appears new and very clean. It had everything we needed for a four night stay. The condo was very clean when we arrived. It has tv's in the living room and the bedroom. A couple of things to mention, the unit is not accessed directly from the parking lot, it is on the back side of the building and the laundry equipment is not in the unit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona.

The property was perfect. It was very clean and on a good location. I tried contacting the point of contact given by the owners prior to the visit and didnt recieve a call back. I was calling knowing there were fires close to Sedona. I wanted to make sure of the local conditions and roads. The caused trails and parks were closed and this was the primary reason for our visit. This was very impactful to our overall trip, a call or message back providing information would have helped us reconsider our plans during the trip

The property was nicely maintained and the decor was cute. The fridge was stalked with condiments and water (which was needed in Sedona.) KItchen had everything we needed to cook 3 meals. When we finally got into the property it was not ready so we had to wait while they came and finished cleaning up. All the photos are taken with a fish eye lens making the property look MUCH bigger than it is. The sofa sleeper was unusable for 2 adults it would work fine for 2 children. We didn't find the pool until the second day because it is on a separate property. The property information was mixed in with lots of tourist information and was sketchy on what was available and what was expected.

Hi Karin, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they would like to clarify the following: - The cleaning crew took an extra hour to prepare the condo, which was an isolated incident. The homeowner apologizes for the delay and assures that the crew keeps the place immaculate. - The sofa bed is a queen size as described. - The property photos were not taken with a fish-eye lens. This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo, and the photos accurately represent the space. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Walking distance to Bell Rock & trails and easy short drive to Cathedral Rock & trails! Clark’s Market is full service grocery very close. The space itself is cozy & Southwest decor adds to the experience. I hope to visit again & will tell my friends!

Relaxing retreat

This property was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking in the red rocks! It was clean, well decorated, in a great location, and all the appliances were in working order. The swimming pool was just an added bonus! I greatly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to friends and family.

Peaceful Stay

We had a mother-daughter getaway and booked this location. When we opened the front door, we were greeted with a clean, fresh space. It was stocked with everything we needed including toilet paper, plenty of towels, sheets/bedding, silverware, dishes, etc. As a bonus, the towels were soft and thick along with the sheets and bedding! There were three adults in our party, and it was the perfect size for us. Though we were on the go most of the time, when we did retreat back to the condo, it was relaxing and peaceful. It’s located near shops, restaurants, and trails in Sedona as well. I recommend booking this as your next stay if you’re looking for a place to stay in Sedona.
