All five bedrooms include wall-mounted Smart TVs, while the main living areas feature large 4K UHD TVs ideal for movie nights and game days.

Video security cameras protect the first floor exterior entrances.
Minimum rental age is 25, and picture ID is required. Renter must stay in the house with guests for duration of rental period.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
