This is my second visit to this lovely accommodation. The apartment is private, cozy and very comfortable located in a gorgeous historic neighborhood. Sarah is available if you have questions but respects your privacy. A delightful host. The deck overlooking the backyard is perfect for morning coffee overlooking the spacious backyard with amazing foliage and spectacular oak trees. I hope I have the chance for a 3rd visit to Sanford.

Short peaceful getaway

We were looking for a quiet place to spend a few days and we found this perfect gem. Close to downtown, yet serene enough to really relax and recharge. We loved this lovely apartment, the decks, the beautiful grounds.

We had a magical stay here! John and Sarah‘s home and property is absolutely beautiful. Very charming and cozy, and was stocked with all of the amenities and necessities you could need.
