Beach Palms is back and better than ever! Since Hurricanes Helene and Milton, the building has a fresh new look, including a new pool, pool deck, gas grills, and gazebo. The beach has been restored, and the sugary sands are ready for your flip-flops!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Text Cleaners: Contact GERMOPHOBES FLORIDA CLEANING LLC at 727-615-5069 24 hours prior to departure with your check-out time and Unit #BP503.
Return the yellow wristband and lock box keys to the lockbox.
Return 2 blue lanyards and parking permits to the wooden paddle peg.
Secure the condo and ensure all doors are locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
