The Space:

This beachfront gem boasts a huge private balcony overlooking the glistening coastal waters and overflows with seaside ambiance and comfort. Beach Palms 405 is a relaxed and sunny getaway for vacation seekers where warm breezes and miles of shoreline are plentiful. Tucked in the charming Indian Shores community, Beach Palms has a spacious deck with a heated pool, BBQ grill area, and easy beach access.



The spacious floorplan with 1,700 sq. ft. offers ample room to spread out and unwind with your loved ones. When mealtime comes around, put on the chef's apron and head over to the nicely appointed kitchen and treat your friends to marvelous homecooked meals that you can later enjoy at the dining table for six.



All bedrooms have new memory foam cool gel mattresses. Coastal blues enhance the main suite with a king bed and balcony access with a view. The second bedroom features a king bed while the third bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed.



Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Starting December 4, 2023, on-site construction will occur and involves removing tile from the patios. This work is scheduled to last two weeks and will generate noise that will be audible to guests.

The county is completing an emergency beach erosion control project on the beaches in Pinellas County. The next stage is for Indian Shores beaches, which is scheduled for preparations on December 8, 2023, with work beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023. The project is slated to last until January 31, 2024. Beaches will be closed in the area during this time and will not be accessible to guests.

Great location and beautiful property

The property was exactly as advertised. The home was nicely stocked with supplies to start our vacation. We have stayed at many beachfront homes and this was among the nicest. The management was very good with communicating with us before and during our trip. The location is great near shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property for families.

Property location is excellent....beach is right there and the pool / grounds are very family friendly. Disappointed to find there were no beach chairs but we made it work. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This property was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything anyone would need to cook at home. The beach was just a few steps away and the heated pool was nice, as the weather was a bit cold. The beds were comfortable and the property had enough space for us to spread out and still be together. Highly recommend this property.

This condo is nice, the balcony has great views, and the location is great. The pool was great for adults and kids. Super quick walk to the beach. Beach chairs and toys were available there.. The condo could have been a little cleaner when we checked in but other than that it was great.
