Check in is very strange with going to another building for the lock box but they gave us good instructions. We was very cold in Mexico City during our stay and they had several space heaters that kept flipping the breaker over and over and it was still cold in the apartment. It is a beautiful place and convenient. The one extreme negative is that the lock on the door is a code and there is no way to lock the apartment from the inside separate from the code - like in a hotel - making two women feel very vulnerable knowing someone could walk in at any time.
