Get ready to relax in our 3-bedroom fully equipped house on the North Basin of the Hamilton Reservoir. The water and street level lot with 190 feet of private waterfront has a 32 foot boat dock (your own boat is welcome), paddle boat, rowboat and 2 kayaks ready for your enjoyment. The cozy house was 100 percent renovated in 2025 and features granite countertops with Island, stainless appliances and a 60-inch Smart TV with cable TV and high-speed internet. The Lake View Master Bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and mirrored dresser and an en-suite private bathroom with a 10-foot walk in shower. There is a second full bath with tub / shower. The second guest bedroom is equipped with a full bed and a closet with shelving. The third bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed, dresser and closet. With 2 full baths guests can enjoy a smooth start to their day without competing for the bathroom. The kitchen and lake view living room have high cathedral ceilings with a huge ceiling fan. The house stays comfortable year-round with central HVAC. There are two large decks with comfy outdoor furniture. A BBQ grille and a fire pit with seating are also outdoors for your enjoyment. The ranch style house is easy access with only 3 steps to reach the entry door. Other thoughtful touches include high quality linens, blender, coffee maker, iron, cooler, hair dryer, and a separate laundry room equipped with a new washer and dryer.

Whether you’re unwinding indoors or hanging out on the deck or even exploring nearby, this tranquil retreat offers a terrific home base.

The house is only 6 miles from Sturbridge 2 miles from I 84. In Sturbridge there are several breweries, numerous restaurants and markets. Old Sturbridge Village is open year-round. The Maine Attraction Restaurant is directly across the street if you don't want to cook. World famous Brimfield Flea Market is also nearby.

This is an absolute gem of a property! It is a beautiful home on a beautiful lake. You have gorgeous views inside and out. It's a great place to relax and pass time catching fish! The owners are great and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely beautiful home with stunning views. My family had an amazing time. Ray was super helpful and responded to all of our questions. The house was so clean. We were a little worried about noise levels while staying in a lake but it was so peaceful!

There is not enough praise I can give the property and the owners. Our morning coffee out by the lake was THE perfect serene beginning each day. We all felt comfortable and not cramped with 5 adults sharing the space. The kitchen island had ample room to accommodate all of us when we played board games in the evening. As we were there to celebrate a wedding, we were unfortunately unable to take time to explore the area. This is a great space with many amenities. We also had the great fortune to meet the owners and, oh how sweet and personable! We will definitely will book this place again.

This cabin on the lake was great. And it is on the lake- literally feet from the waterfront. Great view from the whole house. Everything in this place is brand new- floors, appliances etc. when was the last time you used a sharp knife in a vrbo? Right across the street is a touristy eatery. A few feet further is New Englands version of saloon. Great stuff. Owner was great. Thumbs up!

Spectacular! This home was perfect! It was lovely, cozy, and so clean and bright with lake views from almost every window. The deck was a fabulous place to sit outside with friends and enjoy the beautiful scenery in the comfy outdoor furniture. Everything you need is in the home and it’s all new. The beds were super comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was top notch. There was plenty of seating in the living room to watch tennis and football or whatever you like. The property is located right on a beautiful lake and there is a private pier with an in and out ladder for swimming and boating. If you have young non-swimmers you will have to watch them carefully because there is not much distance from the home to the water. This is idea for swimmers though. There is a lovely grassy yard for play. There is a cafe across the street called Maine Attraction which has excellent food and ice cream and it’s a short drive to Sturbridge and Brimfield. If you want a peaceful escape from city life or to attend the Brimfield Antique Flea Market this is the place to stay!! It was simple to check in and out and all instructions were simple.

What a fabulous place! We had such a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and canoe to explore the lake—it was one of the highlights of our trip. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen appeared to be very well stocked. We also appreciated the convenience of having ice cream right across the street! Spending time on the deck overlooking the lake was incredibly relaxing. Ray was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The home has been tastefully renovated with thoughtful details and many many nice touches throughout.

This amazing, meticulously decorated, pristine home was everything that truly made our stay extremely accommodating & very comfortable! The rental has everything!! Even a cute little coffee container filled with fresh coffee ! We traveled from Fl for a wedding and memorial. It wasn’t a true vacation, but if it had been we definitely would have taken more advantage of all the amenities the owners offered such as canoe, paddle boat and kayaks. The home is located feet from the lakes edge . Great dock for fishing off of ! Many bass were caught by daughter and boyfriend. Directly across the street is an amazing restaurant that serves the absolute Best fried clams ( we are originally from CT so we know our fried clams !) 1 min walk to a local market that has a little bit of everything you’ll need . Rental is close to Sturbridge with lots of great restaurants . My husband and I will be back !!!
