Beautiful Ojai getaway. This home is tucked away in Ojai's east end among the valley's most expansive orange and avocado orchards. Just 1 mile from Thacher School and a scenic 10-minute drive from downtown cafes, shops, and restaurants. Experience Ojai's quintessential peace and quiet, lush citrus orchards, and picturesque sunsets. Ideal for extended valley stays.
Minimum Stay Requirement: In compliance with County Code, this property is offered exclusively for rental periods of thirty (30) consecutive days or longer. Rentals of less than thirty (30) consecutive days are strictly prohibited.
This is the main house on a shared property with two other separate, private full time residences. You may see the neighbors on the property, but the house is private and fully appointed with separate parking and amenities.
